(Shoei), has completed a definitive asset purchase agreement with Nanosys, Inc. (Nanosys) to acquire substantially all the assets associated with the Nanosys quantum dot business.

Nanosys, the world’s largest independent Quantum Dot company, today announced a milestone in Quantum Dot technology commercialization with the launch of the 1,000th unique quantum dot display product since 2013.
